Full Journal pdf1999-05-18 House Journal Page 1619 SB 128 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 17, 1999, first supplemental calendar (page 1565), was read the third time: 1999-05-18 House Journal Page 1620 SB 128 HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 128(FIN) "An Act moving the termination date of the Board of Storage Tank Assistance to June 30, 1999; relating to the storage tank assistance fund, to financial assistance for owners and operators of underground petroleum storage tank systems, and to discharges from underground petroleum storage tank systems; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 128(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 128(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
